|  TSK allocates large budget to recreational facilities
 In what could be viewed as a contradiction of a complaint by Turkey's General Staff that it lacked the financial resources required to relocate military outposts in risky areas, the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) has in recent years allocated a substantial budget to the construction of recreational facilities for its members.
